More on that...the benefits of having your keyboard on a steep angle, using *any* of my keyboard stands along with a Tall Tablet Stand:
Eyes forward
Trunk erect
Orientation forward, not down
Motor movement, forward
No 'head-bobbing' (where the user leans over to see the keys and/or eye-hand coordinates, and then sits erect to see the effect on the screen)
The individual parts (iPad/tablet shelf, keyboard tray) of my COMBO Stand here are attached by ultra-strong VELCRO® BRAND fastener, VERY strong stuff! But by doing it this way, rather than any screws or glue, *you* can adjust the parts yourself! Remember, to pull the ultra-strong VELCRO® BRAND apart, you *must* slide a credit card or old CD or room key between the 2 types of ultra-strong VELCRO® BRAND.
I really strive to make just what you need 'out there'; this item is no exception. My only 'issue' with it is that it's a bit bulky to transport back & forth between home. Better to get one for each environment (I say that from a *practical* perspective, NOT a 'sales' one ;-) .
The shelf is designed to hold any iPad/tablet, with or without a protective case.
The keyboard trays are designed to hold just about any keyboard, AND a keyguard, if needed (a "keyguard is a thick, plastic 'overlay' over the entire keyboard that has holes over the keys, so that the user must push their finger *through* a hole to press a key; great way to prevent accidental keypresses!).
On the bottom of the main body are non-stick pads; on the bottom of the trays are rubber bumpers.
