Ordering Info, Shipping Fees, and Terms
Official domestic and Canadian purchase orders from accepted schools/institutions are welcomed; email, mail or fax only (if you mail, do not fax, and vice versa). Terms are Net-30; you must remit within that period. US funds, please.
We also accept Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover by phone, fax, email, or mail (but we do need to charge 3.5% surcharge because *we* have to pay it to *them*). No COD's.
Shipping, approximately is 10% ($15 minimum) for orders totaling less than $300, 8% for orders totaling between $300 and $1000, and 5% for orders over $1000. We adjust the shipping based on actual cost, when we ship. US: we use UPS. All international, including Canada, we use First Class Mail, w/tracking (International orders may be subject to customs charges upon receipt).
Resellers: credit card only from accepted dealers that have completed the required forms.
International remittance must be in US dollars.
All international orders, excluding Canada, must be paid in advance, by credit card or international money order in US dollars. No bank/wire transfers.
In most cases, 30 day money-back guarantee (minus S&H charge). Must have spoken with tech support and provided feedback on *exactly* what is not working, <firstname.lastname@example.org> and received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be displayed on the outside of your package. Failure to follow this procedure will result in merchandise returned right back to you.
Warranty: 1 year warranty. Must have spoken with tech support <email@example.com> and received a Repair Order number, which must be displayed on the outside of your return.
Repair: For repairs outside of the warranty period, we offer flat-rate repairs. Must have spoken with tech support <firstname.lastname@example.org> and received a Repair Order number, which must be displayed on the outside of your repair. Prepaid only.
Unauthorized returns/exchanges/repairs will be refused.
For your protection, insure your package and ship via trackable carrier, such as UPS.
