There are 2 segments with joint adjustments at 3 places.

Includes Super-Clamp, 3" & 5" mounting disks, and my Super-Hook/Loop.

* Disclaimer: I don't suggest this Arm for the iPad unless you don't need to extend the Arm out past about 16" (full reach is 22"). My Magic Arm is better for those long distances or heavier loads.  For all Arm/iPad mounting, please look at my Arms w/ATH.
